I absolutely loved the elegant and cozy decoration of the hotel. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made me feel relaxed and at home. The general areas were beautifully designed, with comfortable seating areas where I could sit and read a book or chat with other guests. The hotel was also very accessible for senior people like myself, with ramps and handrails in place to assist with mobility.

The only thing I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people is if the hotel had more assistance available from the staff. Although the children working there were friendly and helpful, it would have been even more convenient if there was someone specifically designated to assist elderly guests with their needs and offer extra support when required.

I got a chance to see the beautiful Sapa town and explore the top of Fansipan with the world's longest cable car. The people here have blown souls into this miracle, making it shimmering, lively, colorful. I simply enjoyed a bottle of beer everywhere.

The air-conditioned rooms at Uptown Hotel were a welcome relief from the heat outside. It made my stay extremely comfortable and enjoyable. The free WiFi in the room was a great perk. It allowed me to stay connected with my friends and family back home without any hassle. Having a private bathroom in each room was a nice convenience. It provided the privacy I needed and made my stay more comfortable. Some rooms even had balconies, which added a charming touch to the overall experience. The 24-hour room service was a great convenience. It made it easy for me to satisfy any cravings or requests no matter the time of day.

While I enjoyed the air conditioning in the rooms, I found it a bit too cold at times. However, I understand that others may appreciate this feature, so it's just my personal preference.

Very pleasant experience there. Great breakfast — plenty of meals. Reasonably priced, well-equipped rooms with a balcony and a bathtub, as example. Early check in and late check out. The family feel of the hotel. Best possible and prime location to View. And short walk to the market and shops and all main attractions and shopping and the center for a reasonable price.

What a comfortable stay, no complaints whatsoever. Overall an ideal hip new hotel. Airy rooms with a balcony, patient staff. Tastytoast and cereal at breakfast. Favourable location, 5 minutes' walk to Fine Arts Museum. Based near great restaurants and the markets and great restaurants and centre.

We loved being in this property. The breakfast offered a lot of food and was great and good. Our room was large, airy, with a balcony, the bathroom plus a bathtub. The staff were very professional and gave us good recommendations. The location was prime, very close to many famous landmarks and the interior design was modern. Plus, it was near to the market, mall, independent palace.

I recently stayed at Uptown Hotel for a short vacation. The location was super convenient, within walking distance to Saigon Centre and Takashimaya where I could find all my day-to-day necessities. The room was surprisingly comfortable and had a lovely balcony with a view of the street below. I also discovered a fantastic coffee shop called Okkio just around the corner, serving the best egg coffee I had on my entire trip. the hotel was clean, modern, and offered great value for money. The staff, especially XU, provided exceptional customer service that surpassed even some 5-star hotels I've stayed in. Highly recommended if you're visiting!

We thoroughly enjoyed the feel of this hip new hotel, very family. The breakfast was good with asian and western food, and reasonably priced...

Everything was simply good. The entire hotel was clean, reasonably large and brand-new rooms. Its staff was excellent and affable. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, climate control, an individual safe and flat-screen television.

The location of the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City is great and particularly good, near to the Reunification, the market and Walking street independence palace and war remnants museum. There is Cafe Marcel nearby for a cup of coffee.

The room is large and brand-new, comes with access to Ben, a bathtub.

Great location for everything, fantastic value for money, very clean and modern, amazing customer service. Highly recommended!
